    Last friday ( 26/11/2010) we had a especial visit from one of the  members of the french absinthe LES FILS D' EMILE PERNOT  DISTILLERIE  at  TRENCH & TRAM  .

   TRAM crew had visited a couple of times the EMILE PERNOT distillery  and we always wanted to show how the japanese costumers are little by little learning how to enjoy a good absinthe . The visit of EMILE PERNOT member to BAR TRAM & TRENCH  was a good chance to show that .

こないだの金曜日、2010年11月26日なんと　フランス、ポンタリエのアブサン蒸溜所、エミールペルノーディスティラリーのメンバーがBar TramとBar Trenchにやってきてくれました。

Bar Tramスタッフは何度もフランスのこのエミールペルノ蒸溜所を訪れているのでいつも日本で人々がというかお客樣方がアブサンの楽しみ方をすこしづつ分かってきてくれてますよってことを伝えてきたのですが、トラムとトレンチに直接来てくれるっていうことは分かってもらうのに本当にいい機会でした。

     Lucky was the absinthe lovers that came on friday night . We had a little tasting of the absinthes from EMILE PERNOT  , a explanation of how to drink in a proper way  and how the absinthe is made , etc . It was a great experience to had seen people meeting each other , learning about many things ,  exchanging ideas , all through the absinthe .

  It is amazing how absinthe can get people together .

ラッキーなことにアブサン愛好家たちがその金曜の夜もトラムに来ていたことです。突発的にエミールペルノーのアブサンのテースティング会が始まってしまいました。どうやって飲むのが本当に適切なのか、どうやってつくるのかなどなどのミニレクチャーも行われました。アブサンというお酒を通して人々が出会い、様々なことを学び、アイデアを交換したりするのを目の当たりにするのはとてもすばらしい経験です。

アブサンがいかに人と人とをつなぐかっていうのは驚くべき,すばらしいことです。
