Catuaba Poderoso ( Powerful Catuaba ) - 20 ml

Benedctine                                              - 10 ml

Hearing                                                   - 10 ml

Lemon juice                                               - 10 ml

Angostura bitters                                    - 1 dash

Willkinson extra Dry ginger ale

-mix all the ingredients in a shaker , shake well and pour in a highball glass with ice . Add willkinson super dry ginger ale . Garnish with a cinnamon stick .

If you want to make a" LIFTER² " , just add Guarana powder or Catuaba powder .





There is a famous old saying in Brazil about Catuaba  that goes : " up to sixty years old , a father's children are his own , after sixty , they come from Catuaba "

1920年の1月16日
アメリカでは禁酒法が施行され
お酒の製造，販売、輸送は全面的に禁止されました。
ミシシッピ州はなんと1966年まで禁酒法が廃止されなかった州であり、
カンザス州では1987年まで屋内で酒類を提供すること、
いわゆるバーは許可されていなかったそうです。






















酒を飲む飲まない、自分で決めることが
合法的にできるのは幸せなことです。

CELEBRATING a new beginning with SKULL CRYSTAL HEAD...

    A few days ago was the day I was born and I'm still celebrating . And one of the gifts from all this celebration was 2 Crystal Head Vodka shot glasses . Thanks to Mr "K" , bartender of the BAR DERORI . It was a nice gift .

    According to the legend of SKULL CRYSTAL HEAD  "The heads are believed to offer spiritual power and enlightenment to those who see them or possess them ". But the origin of the Skull Heads still a mystery .


    If the Crystal Head Vodka came to represent the idea that everyday is a new beginning ,let's start to celebrate again .

今日はTramのお客様でもあり、友人でもあるルシールの写真展のオープニングパーティーに行って来ました。

フランス人のルシールは幼少期をアフリカで過ごしました。
今回の写真展の作品は本にもなっています。
彼女がアフリカを題材にしたの写真集を出版するのは２冊目になります。
日本のマスコミはアフリカの内戦や飢餓にあえぐ子供たち、差別問題や，疾病など
陰の部分ばかりに焦点を当てて報道します。しかし実際には陽の部分、人生を力一杯楽しむ人々の生活、美しい色彩、美しい自然などなど、すばらしい側面も当然たくさんあるのです。なかでも特に美の集大成ともいえるイベントが結婚式だそうです。この日のために女性たちは美しさを競って磨き町じゅうでお祝いをするのです。この女性たちを通して日常の美しく明るいアフリカを垣間見せてくれるのがこの写真集です。

Lucille Reyboz, une photographe française, a passé son enfance en Afrique. Son pays natal fait souvent l''objet de son activité professionnelle, publiée sous forme de livres. Voici sa deuxième œuvre consacrée à ce motif. Les médias japonais ne parlent que des aspects tragiques du continent : guerres civiles, famine, discrimination ou épidémies. Cependant, ou peut y trouver aussi des aspects brillants : la nature qui se teint de belles couleurs ou les gens qui y vivent de toutes leurs forces. À la cime de la beauté de l'Afrique se trouvent, dit-on, les cérémonies de mariage. Les femmes font assaut de beauté pour ce jour de mariage, que célèbre toute la ville. Vous trouverez, dans ce livre des photos, cette belle Afrique des femmes.

これまたサポーターであるローランペリエのシャンパンを
たくさん頂きましたが、さらにこんな寒い日はテキーラでカンパイ！
